Stunning 3 bedroom semi-detached villa situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, approximately 5 minutes to the old town of Puerto del Carmen with it’s Harbour, restaurants bars and shops.
The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and can sleep up to a maximum of 8 people. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and single bedroom, with an extra pull out bed, both with french doors opening on to a balcony and a spacious family bathroom.
The ground floor has a double bedroom, cloakroom (WC and basin), lounge with flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen incorporating a full oven/hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The basement has twin beds and large shower room, pool table and a home cinema projector system.
The outside terrace area is accessed from the kitchen or lounge and offers a large covered seating area with BBQ and sea views.
The swimming pool is divided from the main terrace by railings and a gate making it ideal for young children, the pool itself is heated between the months of October and May and is surrounded by a terrace area with sunbeds and a shower.
Welcome pack provided and consists of tea, coffee, milk sugar, water, bread jam and butter.
Smoking is not permitted inside of the property.
Price is per week based on 6 people sharing, each additional person is charged at 50€ per week.
