Our Long Term Rentals are updated on a regular basis, and our local knowledge ensures we are able to assist to ensure we have the right property for you. To reserve a long term rental property you are required to pay a security deposit equal to the monthly rental fee, (this is refundable at the end of your tenancy if the property is in the same condition as when you moved in) and the 1st months rent is payable on the day you sign the tenancy agreement; you are then given the keys to the property.

We do not charge a finder’s fee and there are no hidden costs.
